The simplest way to help is simply given chances and take a chance on someone. They want the job more than anyone else, and they have already hit rock bottom. It is your job to help them back up.
There are many sources out there that you can donate to help ex-offenders get jobs, such as the link below. It is a great cause, and it will save people from the harsh stigmas they have to face. We have to be there for them for our society to be an actual community.
