What's going on?
Ex-offenders lack a place in society because of people's set-in-stone views on ex-offenders' behavior. We are so closed minded that we are letting qualified people slip through our fingers. Even ex-offenders with degrees are being kicked to the curb, and other people get the job just to fill a void. That's not how a business should be run.
The most important thing is to have an open mind!
Ex-convicts are mentally scarred from prison and need our support. They are rejected in every possible way, so they don't get help. They feel ambushed and want to be secure.
To assist with this issue, all you have to do is give ex-offenders a chance and let the past be the past.
Our mission is to inform the public, as well as employers, of great issues and how they negatively impact our community.
